These Terms govern your use of ownthebot.org, operated by Remount, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation. By joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms.

What the waitlist is

A list of people who have expressed interest in future Remount products. Joining is free. No payment is requested or accepted on this site. No contract for services is formed.

What the waitlist is not

• Not an offer or solicitation to buy a security. Any future fleet-equity offering will be made only through an SEC-registered offering (Reg A+ or Reg CF) with its own documents.
• Not a bank account, brokerage account, or financial product of any kind.
• Not a cryptocurrency token. Operator Points are a loyalty accounting used only to prioritize future product access and allocation.
• Not employment. Opting in to “operator roles” only indicates future interest.

Operator Points

Operator Points are a non-transferable, non-cash loyalty accounting. They accrue from waitlist signup, city qualification, and referrals (see “Referrals”). Points:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash or traded.
• Cannot be gifted or sold to another account.
• Are not a promise of future equity. They are a priority-and-allocation ordering we intend to honor when future products launch, subject to legal and regulatory review.
• May be adjusted, voided, or redistributed in the event of fraud, duplicate accounts, or programmatic abuse.
• May be modified before Remount Operator Accounts open if required by counsel.

Referrals

Each signup receives a unique referral code. When a new driver signs up using your code, both of you receive Operator Points as described on the site. Referral rewards only apply to first-degree relationships — a referee's future referrals do not earn points for the original referrer. We reserve the right to void referrals we believe were generated through automated signups, duplicate identities, or coerced behavior.

Honest use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple signups with different email addresses to farm points.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to sign up.
• Impersonate another person or give knowingly false information.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security.

Communications

By joining the waitlist you consent to receive transactional and informational email from Remount. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing hello@remount.co.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, images, code, and the Remount and Own The Bot marks are the property of Remount, Inc. You may link to the site and share the confirmation copy (including your referral link) freely; you may not copy material portions of the site for your own publication.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. Remount does not warrant that future products (Operator Accounts, fleet equity, etc.) will launch on any particular timeline, or at all. Forward-looking language on the site reflects our current plans, not binding promises.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remount's aggregate liability to any individual arising from the waitlist is limited to US $50.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. A counsel-reviewed version will replace this v1 before Remount Operator Accounts open.
